When will I receive my order?

When you place an order on our website, you will receive a confirmation call/email on the contact information you have provided. The confirmation will be within 1 working day of placing your order. Please make sure you answer our call and confirm your order with our representative.

After order confirmation, your order will be delivered to you in the following time frame:

 I want to exchange my order. How do I go about it?

Exchanges are only accepted if the returned product is in unused condition with all tags (if any) along with complete packaging. If you want to exchange your order, you can follow either of the below-given options:

Exchange policy during Covid-19

Due to the limitations set by courier services, we have updated our exchange policy during the Covid-19 lockdown.

The customer has to ship the delivered shoes in an unused condition along with the original packaging back to our store. Once we receive the package, our logistic team will check and verify the condition of the product (usage and damage). Once approved by our logistics team, the replacement will be dispatched and shipped to the customer.

Beforehand, the customers must inform our team via email (info@flashfootwear.com.pk) about the return so we can confirm if the replacement is available or not.

In Store Exchange

You can bring the product you wish to return to our store located at Tariq Center, Tariq Road, Karachi. You must bring along the receipt or proof of purchase along with the item you wish to exchange in unused condition with complete packaging and tags within 3 days of receiving your order. 

Online Exchange

If you want to exchange your shoes online, you can contact customer support through the email info@flashfootwear.com.pk. Our customer representatives will generate a new order with your desired product or size change for which you will be required to pay the difference in amount and delivery charges. Your old product that you wish to exchange will be picked up from your location by our team without incurring any charges. Your new product will be delivered to you as per our standard delivery time.

I want to return my order. How do I go about it?

Returns are only accepted if the returned product is not the same as in the pictures or is defected in any way. The returned product must be in unused condition with all tags and packing intact. 

If you want to return a product, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. You will be charged a return fee of Rs. 200 and you will be given store credit after the return is completed.

We offer free nationwide delivery on orders above Rs. 10,000. For orders below Rs. 10,000 our flat shipping rates are applied as follows:
